Once again PAST Productions Columbus is being recognized by the Theatre Roundtable for excellence in our productions. Although 2018 was an emotionally challenging year for the producers with our own Truman Winbush Jr out of commission recovering from a stroke, we were able to produce two critically acclaimed productions with each being nominated for two awards: BLACK WOMEN STRONG: STRIVING AND SURVIVING for Excellence in Acting in a Lead Role (Patricia Wallace-Winbush) & Outstanding Production of a Play and August Wilson’s JITNEY for Excellence in Directing of a Play (Scott Porter) & Outstanding Ensemble in a Play. The 2019 Theatre Roundtable Awards Program will be held January 27, 2019 at the Jewish Community Center of Columbus 1125 College Avenue Columbus, OH 43209 starting at 6:00pm with the open bar and food.
